Web based registration is highly recommended, it ensures your spot at the time you register on-line.
Complete the on-line registration and then hit the submit button at the bottom of the page. You will receive a confirmation email which you then need to print and mail together with a $200 (per player, per camp) non-refundable deposit. Camps which do not cost $200 only require you to send in the session price. Your registration confirmations and deposits should be mailed to 8314 - 116 th Ave N. Champlin, MN 55316.
You will receive an email confirming your spot in the session you registered for within 24 hours of your registration . If deposit/payment is not received within 7 business days your spot will be open to other applicants. 
All participants will receive a balance due email 30 days before your session begins. Your balance due must be paid in full 21 days before your first ice time.
All summer and fall camp participants will receive a Janostin Hockey Jersey. All camps that have dry land training require the participants to wear running shoes, comfortable outdoor wear and bring a dry land hockey stick.
